Character Integrity
Full Character or No Character
Our No Reveals policy protects the realism of each character. The actor changes in a private space away from attendees, cameras, and public areas. We do not show partially worn suits or reveal the actor from inside the character.
Panels and demonstrations can still explore the craft, movement, production process, and professional use of practical creature effects while preserving the magic for the audience.
No Reveals
The character remains complete anywhere attendees, photographers, or event media may be present.
Planning a Safe and Successful Appearance
We work with your event team in advance to plan the character route, appearance schedule, staging, photography arrangements, and audience interaction.
- A secure private changing room, not a restroom, located away from public access
- Suitable parking, load-in access, and a clear route between the changing area and appearance space
- Access to drinking water, cooling, an electrical outlet when required, and reasonable breaks
- A clear schedule that allows the actor and coordinator to manage safe appearance periods
- Advance discussion of large crowds, outdoor conditions, unusual movement, stage access, or other venue risks
- Agreed photography, filming, press, security, and audience-management arrangements
